Responsible for organizing housing and transportation for BrazUSC 2017, which unites Brazilian students nationwide and powerful

leaders from Brazil in areas such as Business, Entertainment, and Politics in order to discuss the future and development of our country.

Tasks included: finding housing for over 100 students attending the conference in Philadelphia, aiding the local host team in the logistics and planning of the conference, outreach to groups and departments from University of Pennsylvania for sponsorship, and location outreach for the event.

Sept. 2016– March 2017

Position: Marketing Director

Responsible for all marketing content, as well as social media and website management for the WLAW Conference 2017, which aims to

bring Undergraduate and MBA students nationwide together to discuss Politics, Economics, and Business in Latin America

Tasks included: designing the 2017 WLAW logo, creating and designing the 2017 WLAW website, designing and printing the conference banner, creating graphic material to be used as promotion through social media, and creating materials such as brochures, pamphlets and the official conference information pack; as well as acting as the official photographer for the event.



Wharton Latino Undergraduate Association

Vice-President (January 2016-December 2016)

  • Pioneered Wharton Latino’s alumni network, as well as organized alumni related events, membership related projects (such as an inter-club mentorship program), and academic oriented initiatives

  • Worked in all academic oriented initiatives for the club

  • Aided other branches with work such as updating the Corporate Package for sponsors, re-designing the club's Newsletter,

  • Managed the communication between board members and general club members

  • Re-designed the Wharton Latino's logo and website

  • Responsible for all of the marketing material including graphic design, video footage (writing, producing, and editing), print material and club merchandise

  • Managed the group’s online media presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and official website

  • Lead the Marketing Committee in brainstorming, planning and organizing marketing-related projects for the group

  • Worked as head of the Wharton Latino Community Service Committee

  • Organized and planned fundraisers such as the Annual Rose Sale, Relay for Life at Penn, holiday charity events with Northern Children’s Service

  • Maintained connection between members of group and Wharton Latino Undergraduate Association board

  • Raised over $2,300 for Operation Smile by organizing a week-long rose sale fundraiser

About: Campus Philly is a nonprofit organization that fuels economic growth by encouraging college students to study, explore, live and work in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region.

Project Objectives:

1. Conduct focus groups of students from the colleges in Philadelphia

2. Generate recommendations for how Campus Philly can improve their engagement and audience awareness with students

Project Overview:

  • Conducted 3 focus groups throughout the Fall semester: 2 composed of 6-8 UPenn students, and 1 composed of 6-8 Drexel students in which we would go through a pre-established Interview Guide asking questions about the student's knowledge about the organization and connection to the city of Philadelphia.

  • Provided audios and transcribed text, along with observations about the focus groups.

  • At the end of the project, generated 5 recommendations of how the organization could better communicate and relate their brand to students.

2016 Philadelphia AMA Collegiate Marketing Plan Competition

The challenge: Develop a marketing plan, including proactive sales strategy and sample collateral for

prospective cities – cities that face the challenge of attracting and retaining college students and recent

college grads – seeking consulting services from Campus Philly on talent engagement and retention

Neighborhood Bike Works Project
